Test Results

Nationally recognised tests are administered annually and we are proud of our academic success.

Langley Manor children do consistently well in entrance examinations to senior schools, whether in the independent sector or in grammar school 11+ examinations. Their pass rate is well above average year on year.

Our average 11+ pass rate over the last three years is 70%. This compares with a pass rate in comparable non-selective local schools of around 15%.

In 2008 the Year 6 SAT results showed that our children achieved the following:

Literacy	93% Level 4 and above
Maths	97% Level 4 and above
Science	97% Level 4 and above

Class sizes are 20 pupils or below. Learning Support Assistants are assigned to children or small groups where appropriate.

Children are always treated as individuals with their own needs being met as required. Termly prizegivings celebrate the children’s achievements in all areas of school life including social, creative and academic learning.
