Community

We believe strongly that our school is part of the wider community, on a local and global scale. We are part of our community in Langley and have links with other schools, faith communities and services for the elderly. We are also part of the wider CfBT partnership of schools which we are helping to strengthen through sporting fixtures and educational partnerships.

As active citizens in these communities, the children and staff demonstrate each year their commitment to helping others. In 2008, the school raised over £4000 for a number of different charities including Comic Relief, the Poppy Appeal, Children in Need, Every Child, the RSPCA, Macmillan Cancer Support and the Eagle Heights Animal Sanctuary Centre. This year, the Harvest Festival provided local old peoples homes with over 20 boxes of food.

Thank you to all of our children, staff and parents for making such a difference. Come in and see our charity board for more information.
