There is an optional sickness insurance scheme added to the
invoice.
A charge to cover Pupil Accident Insurance of £3.70 per term
is included on invoices.
Each year, as part of the school curriculum, we take children on
a short environmental studies holiday and to receive full benefit
from their education at The Langley Manor Preparatory School,
we ask that all children go on this. The cost is added to the fees
over the year.

Written notice is required on the FIRST DAY OF TERM if your
child is going to leave at the end of that term, otherwise the next
term’s fees will be chargeable in lieu of notice.
If you choose the option of paying fees monthly, these must be
received in the school office on the first day of each month.
Alternatively, post-dated cheques for the remaining months of the
term can be handed in on the first day of term with the first
month’s payment. Failure to pay on the due date will result in a
1.5% surcharge being added to the amount outstanding. Should the
school be on holiday at the beginning of a month, then a post-dated
cheque would be required before the end of the previous term.
