Langley Manor School cap

The Langley Manor Preparatory School was built on the site of the original Langley Village School, first erected in 1875. The Langley Manor Preparatory School opened in 1986 with 27 children, and now caters for 200 boys and girls aged 3 to 11 years in a purpose-built building with a dedicated play area for the younger children.

In the nineteenth century children used to have swimming lessons in the canal and used to skate on it in the winter! We are pleased to inform you that we now have a lovely heated indoor pool for the children to enjoy!

Each May the school welcomes back past pupils at a Reunion Lunch. It is always nice to hear the happy memories about their experiences in the school in days gone by.
