Special Needs

We are very aware of the special needs of both gifted children and those with varying degrees of learning difficulty. We have a very good monitoring system that enables us to identify quickly any child who may be experiencing some difficulties or may need an extra challenge in a subject. In 2010 we introduced a register of Able, Gifted and Talented children and a programme to support them.

We have Learning Support Assistants for those children and small groups that need extra help. We also offer one-to-one tuition with qualified staff for those with additional learning needs.
